That's why we want you to know that if you're not totally happy with anything you buy from us, just reach out within 60 days of getting it. Shoot us an email at sales@fitactivesports.com, and we'll take care of the rest. We'll check your order, then walk you through how to send it back to us, no matter if it's brand new, gently used, or even if it's not working right. Once we get it back, we'll give you all your money back, or swap it out for something else if that's what you need. Easy peasy, no stress!
